Climate

The winter was mild and rainy, making 2018 an early vintage. Throughout the growing season, mildew risk was high and required more careful monitor- ing and management of the vineyard. However the end of the season was hot and dry, perfect for ripening and harvesting.

Vinification & Ageing

Hand harvested in early September 2018. Direct pressing. Cold stabilization for 3 days after settling. Fermentation 15-days at 16°C before ageing 2 months in stainless steel tank.

Tasting Notes

Our Rosé is obtained by direct pressing, from Malbec only. Thus, its pink color remains very delicate, as a prelude to its floral and sweet notes of cherry candy. On the palate, a touch of sweetness combines with balancing acidity to make a gourmet wine full of freshness.
